DESIGN
We provide design services, as well as development permit application services and surveying services.
Our design services include various designs for roads, airports, residential land development, and large-scale development, as well as development permit applications and surveying. In particular, we are capable of designing facilities with special plane alignment and transected alignment, such as automobile test courses and bicycle racing tracks, as well as large-scale land development design using 3D CAD in a short period of time.
We also provide foundation design for various civil engineering structures (retaining walls, culverts, etc.) related to land development and plant facilities.
TEST
A group of professionals with expertise in pavement technology provides reliable evaluations.
Our testing services include laboratory testing and field testing. Laboratory testing includes raw material testing of asphalt, cement, aggregate, soil, and other materials used for pavement, mixing tests of mixtures of these materials, and various durability evaluation tests. On the other hand, in-situ testing includes tests to determine the damage condition and bearing capacity of existing pavements, and quality and formability tests during pavement construction.
Our testing services are handled by a group of professionals who are well versed in pavement technology. We conduct tests and evaluations in accordance with customer requirements, contributing to the realization of safe, secure, and comfortable road infrastructure.
RESEARCH
We accurately diagnose pavement damage and propose optimal maintenance and repair methods.
Pavements are one of the most familiar pieces of road infrastructure that we come into contact with on a daily basis.
Our survey services support the maintenance and management of road infrastructure through the investigation and evaluation of the soundness of pavement facilities such as roads and airports.
We inspect and diagnose pavement surface damage and structural damage using mainly road surface condition measuring vehicles and FWD measuring devices and propose the most appropriate maintenance and repair methods.
SURVEYING
Accurately grasping the current status of pavements and presenting appropriate survey results and proposals.
In surveying services, in addition to the usual total stations and levels for reference point surveying, level surveying, and current surveying work, we utilize drones and 3D surveying, etc., for current surveying and construction surveying. In particular, we specialize in ROPO surveying for road pavement maintenance and repair work, creating the data necessary for cutting overlay construction.
In recent years, we have also been performing measurements using laser scanners for ICT-based pavement construction (hereinafter referred to as "ICT pavement").
By specializing in pavement maintenance and repair, we are able to provide deliverables that meet our clients' requirements.
OVERSEAS
Contributing to overseas development with our pavement technology cultivated in Japan.
In overseas operations, by our experience over many years of involvement with road pavement, we are developing various technologies, including quality control in pavement construction, quality control of materials in composite plants, review work for bridge surface pavement, technology transfer for pavement inspection and repair, technical support for test course construction, and resolution of pavement defects. Many of our overseas operations are in the areas of ODA and reconstruction assistance of regional development in various countries.
